The staff at Sam's are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a very flexible return policy for foods my pets did not like. Their prices are the same or better than the corporate owned stores. I have always had a positive experience when shopping here.

Stopped by today to pick up a treat for our new dog. Our senior dog passed away a year ago today, and this past year on his birthday we took in a senior stray “hospice care” pup. She’s the sweetest and doing so well! My 3 year old and I picked out a toy and a treat “from our previous dog” as a present for our new dog to say thank you for showing up at just the right time to take care of us. Everyone at the store was SO KIND! They walked us around to pick out the best toy and gave my daughter a sucker & a sticker at check out! They clearly cared so much about our dog and helping us find the right thing for her! Thank you!
