Job Responsibilities
🐶 Provide outstanding, knowledgeable customer service
🐱 Assist customers with product selection, especially pet food and nutrition
🐶 Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
🐱 Stock and rotate products and maintain store organization
🐶 Perform repetitive daily tasks
🐱 Keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming
🐶 Use retail software including POS systems, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
🐱 Communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team

What We're Looking For
🐶 Love of pets and interest in pet nutrition
🐱 Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
🐶 Strong communication skills
🐱 Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
🐶 Positive, hardworking, organized, and self-motivated
🐱 Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
🐶 Willingness to learn
🐱 Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
🐶 Must be 18 or older, have reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay and Benefits
🐱 Starting pay: $19.82 per hour (DOE)
