Pet Food and Supply Store in Monroe, WA

Great assortment of pet supplies, all good quality. I went in originally to ask about the right dog food for my extra large puppy, and they helped us find the right one, not just random ones by title or what was in stock. The correct chemical percentages. I go to this store andthe one in Everett, depending on where I need to be. They gave us our money back when the dog wouldn't eat the first 2 if we returned what we didn't use.

I have been a customer of Sam’s since his first store opened on Main Street, I think it was over 20 years ago now. I had a recent interaction with Jesse that really just made me so grateful for all of these years of this wonderful local pet supply store. Jesse has been with Sam, since he opened. The amount of knowledge and wisdom and kindness that I am always met with from Jesse and others, is such a gift. Great selection and absolutely knockout service! This area is getting quite a reputation for their smiles and friendliness. Walked in and someone immediately greeted me and Mazzy (pic to come) and asked what we needed and she got us everything we needed. What a great pit stop on a road trip. This store also has a really robust selection of treats, bully’s and toys to choose from including some more hard to find, really durable toys. Stop in if you get the chance.

The staff over the last few years has greatly improved. We feel so welcomed when we go in now. They always have what we need and are willing to help us find it.
