Samta Claws Q&A – Everything You Need to Know

We want your Samta Claws experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here are answers to some common questions from families:

Q: Will the scene be the same as last year?
A: There will be ALL NEW backdrops for the scene this year, making your photos extra special and unique.

Q: How long are the sessions? What type of session should I book?
A: We offer two session types at each location. Choose the length that gives your family plenty of time to get comfortable with Santa and capture the combination of images you want (e.g., kids, kids with pets, full family, family with pets, only pets).

• Five-minute sessions: $50 (Perfect for a pet, pet and child, or small family)

• Ten-minute sessions: $90 (Perfect for a larger group of pets or big family to allow time to corral everyone and capture all the moments.)

Q: What if I can no longer make my session date?
A: We can move your reservation to a different location to accommodate your schedule. For example, if you can’t make the Monroe weekend, you can join us in Redmond Ridge or Everett. If you need to cancel, please see below.

Q: What if I need to cancel my session?
A: Please contact Pete at pete@templin-photography.com for any issues with your session. Cancellations more than seven days in advance receive a full refund. After that date, a 50% refund is offered. Cancellations can be made via the scheduling tool link in your booking confirmation email. Templin Photography will issue refunds within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation notice.

Q: Do I need to book a session in advance or can I just show up on the day?
A: Please book your session in advance. This ensures we can photograph everyone in a timely fashion, limit wait times, and minimize stress for pets who may be less outgoing. While we will try to accommodate same-day or walk-in bookings, we cannot guarantee availability.
